VICTORIA LOPEZ

Counselor
Last Names M-Z

Hello everyone! I’m Mrs. Lopez and this is my 7th year at Santa Maria High School. I am looking forward to an unforgettable year of learning at SMHS!

I have a Bachelor’s Degree degree in Sociology and Spanish Literature from University of California, Santa Barbara & Master’s degree and PPS credential in Educational Counseling from the University of Laverne.

Before joining the counseling team, I served as the migrant advisor at Santa Maria High School for 6 years- what an amazing experience that was!

As a former Santa Maria High School graduate myself, I feel incredibly fortunate to return to my high school and provide students with the support and guidance to help them be successful. I love knowing that each day presents a new opportunity to empower students to see and exercise their full potential!

I am looking forward to getting to know you and your families during these high school years. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. 805-925-2567 Ext. 3738
